Would this need to be done on the 2000 Cummins isc if the high pressure fuel pump were to fail? Because I had my high pressure fuel pump replaced, and my truck has very low power.

the one I’m working on has numbers 1-6 on the fuel pump I assume you put 1 tdc then set your first set of valves then go 6 to tdc then do second? Can’t find the info on insite

Hi I have a isl Cummins and my rocker arm keeps popping out of place. Same rocker arm always. What can cause this issue? Thank you
