In the last year I have had 5bad battery all leaking two were replaced no problems but the last three have been given problems getting them replaced questioning purchased but all listed on registration my account

I can’t stand Lowe’s, Flex deserves so much better. I ended up buying into the Hercules line because I love Harbor freight. However, I went to see if I could buy the Flex Hammer Drill in store….employee found nothing. It’s disgusting.

Just replace the battery simple as that. Yea, I am still in the Flex platform, but I wish for an updated impact driver. I still think they can do more improvements. Bring me a planer that looks like the Makita, then I am happy. Also, bring out the new multi saw they have been teasing about.

In my personal opinion flex is the most underrated tool brand yeah they’re a bit pricey but they are worth and a lot of times out perform the best of dewalt and Milwaukee
