Can i use a milk foamer instead of a bamboo whisk? I just drink matcha like once a year and i would probably just lose the whisk

No. Thanks! The fact that I have to check the water and milk temperature, put the bamboo in hot water, whisk from top to bottom and follow 100 other steps for a matcha latte is too much.

How long does it take to get the right amount of silky texture for the milk after the frother is lowered further in to start the whirlpool? No one in these types of videos gives an idea of how long we can expect it to take for the milk to be done; will the milk be ready to make latte art after like 2 minutes of holding the “whirlpool”? 4 minutes? Maybe less? I really appreciate all the other deets here though— ty! The temperatures & the tip about soaking the whisk in water first for the matcha was great… I only have food grade matcha until I can put the money on some of the top shelf ceremonial stuff, but still look forward to trying this out

so I have a question if I make a matcha latte instead of using them whisk even though I have a bamboo whisk if I use a traditional handheld blender like you use to mix the.matcha with the warm waterand then add milkand use the milk frother again will that give you the same results

For vanilla iced matcha blend it with 400ml Oatly, 2tsp raw honey, some vanilla extract and some ice. Better than anything you’ll have in a shop
