Unlike some other comments here, my family sits down to tea just like this every afternoon. Unlike the lucky people in this hotel, we just have Assam tea and cucumber and salmon sandwiches. We only have scones on Fridays, jam first then clotted cream.

Have to say German don’t have much to offer may be sausages. But not good at all airline service totally below zero in Avery way . British air ways way much better . I been Germany to snd so many other western countries. Mostly I fly with family get the tree airlines to . Now days only British or emirate may be France didn’t get recently but before yep . Sometimes Germans frightened badly

Nice tradition. Im not british but Asian and just love to drink green tee without milk and sugar. I try milk and sugar but then the tea looses his aroma and his authentic taste. I was told Tea and sugar were expensive rare products. That was why aristocratic and rich people showed they drink tea with sugar. BTW tea have anti oxydant propreties. When drink with milk, this quality is gone though
