I am getting Harvest Moon: TWOA for my PlayStation 4 (PS4) after I receive new furniture. I like Harvest Moon games. I haven’t played the original Harvest Moon game for Super NES.

Fill up the empty space with trees or plants !! Every games always felt empty . And Natsume turned off comments on their trailer video on the official Natsume channel. Hoping they dont let people down again by making a nice trailer but not delivering when the games actually released .

I hate the animation and model of these game by harvest moon after going of from seasons of games. It always looks cheap and no effort kinda vibe.
BUT
This game still looks ugly honestly aesthetically. But it actually look like a decent game. And just for that i will buy. Hope the random event, festivals, characters stories will manage to keep it interesting and make user forget the ugly designs.

some of yall too stuck in that nostalgia bias. This thing looks exactly like HoLV but improved. I love the newer more realistic models than the cute models they used in much of the older games.

The depth of the game is great and all, but why are they sticking to this art and character style? I mean they could use something a little better and pursue a little bit anime-ish art. Romancing has always been part of the game. I mean we need cooler/cuter characters look.

I hate people praise Natsume just by owning the name. They never created Harvest Moon. This is like a situation with Macross / Robotech where Harmony gold owns the name Robotech but never created Macross. They just publish the game.

i would prefer if they make like harvest moon ps1.
but ofc with better graphic and stuff.
since people or targeted audience of this game is not looking for triple A kind of stuff.
imo old school/pixelated graphics would be better for this kind of games and PS1 harvest moon is just the best there is.

is it me or is this a 3D remake of Harvest Moon: Back to Nature on Ps1? they animated the way he fished, feed the animals, even the horse race! ( though its just a stadium on HM:BtN) the DOG race!! the emoji and whistle ahhh brings back memories! even the sprite and harvest goddess!!!! sadly they forgot about the hot spring haha, OH WAIT IS THE VOLCANO TURNING TO ICE A REFERENCE??

The only downside from this game is you cant jump and it takes time to just find a way to climb a hill or to descend from one.
