I was really happy with this bag until the front compartment zip broke after less than a year. Then bought another one because i thought it might be a faulty one. Same zip broke again after less than a year.
Im really salty about it because it fits my needs perfectly but the quality isnt where it. should be.

Just a quick update, it’s been 8 months since it’s my casual bag as well as my very casual travel bag, and it is still broken and unusable after the 6th month. Warranty service did not want to fix it, and Samsonite just keeps opening support tickets saying it will come back to me in 3 days
