Their customer service is awful!! I bought the bed adjustments. The installer left all the cords hanging under the bed which I didn’t know. My dog chewed the parts. I called and told them, saying I wanted the part even though it wasn’t covered under warranty. They insisted I had to have their tech install in order to send me the part at all, so reluctantly I paid for both! The installer came after convenient scheduling only to him, and then said he couldn’t install it unless I moved the mattress out of the way for him! No prior notice! He left. I called the company back and they sent an email (no live person to talk to to work this out) saying they’d send the part, but no refund on the service even though he did nothing AND the warranty would be void. DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY they will just take your money and you get very little from them!!!
