I bought the model H500gs, the mic is supposed to be removable, I did exactly what you showed in the video by turning it first but it will NOT remove. Also, I used this headset in discord night before last and everything was working fine, but when I logged in today the headset was working fine but the mic is not working at all. I went into discord settings and PC settings. I haven't changed anything regarding the mic since then, so I have no clue what to check next or what I might need to change to get it working. When I first plugged in the USB for this headset everything seemed to work just fine right out of the box, now I am about to return it if I can't get the mic working again! Please, if anyone has some advice, I'd be very grateful if you let me know. Thanks

Ask ko lang po kung san makakabili nung mic replacement nu g HP H500GS. Medyo nagloloko na kasi sa akin. Wla kasi sa lazada or hndi ko lang mahanap? Tska ung cushion din in case... Tska kung wala tlaga syang mic replacement, okay lang ba ung ibang mic replacement like sa HyperX? Salamat po
