That is NOT a blazer, that is a suit jacket, a blazer is a single coloured jacket, usually with patch pockets, that ALWAYS has metal buttons.

Necktie and jeans is Zack Morris from Saved By the Bell. Stop that. Forever. That being said, bark blue blazer with dark blue jeans, especially skinny jeans, is just a Millenial suit. Wrong. Never. Yes, dark jeans. But always an obviously different jacket. Black, grey, charcoal, any pinstripe, chocolate, etc. And shoes as needed based on the colour combinations already made.

you forgot the "masculine" look, because none of these looks or ideas, are remotely masculine.
When I do this, I wear a dark colored dress shirt, tucked in, leather belt with inconspicuous details, My jeans regardless of color will always be slim straight. and on my feet, will always be a high end cowboy boot. either caiman belly, or tail.
With a fresh from the barbershop haircut and shave, I am ALWAYS setting the bar higher than the guys who dont do what I do. It also helps to be in shape and actually give a damn about your physique. This look exudes confidence and demands respect, dont cheapen it by being a lesser man.
