Hello <3 just of an experience I wanted to share this with u all! …. I tired a lot of shampoos and conditioners for my hair I have one that works tbh! But what I’m saying is that she used the hairdryer to make volume in her hair and with a hair curler or a straightener ( both work ) she curved the ends of the hair and if u agreed wz me! Let me know please

She’s not keeping away her shampoo from us more gatekeeping them. She’s just saying that she thinks that even if we all know it won’t help as much, since everyone has different types of hair and not everyone should use the same shampoo on their hair just because of some influencers. It’s simple really, the shampoo she use is simply for her and it’s great on her, but some people will follow because they see her hair and being really good and healthy, following in her footsteps and have a chance of using something not for their hair type without knowing, damaging their hair.

Maybe this isn’t true at all but I have always been told that Sulfates and silicones go together? Like one puts on a layer of shine and the other removes build up or something like that or maybe I’m wrong? Don’t both eventually damage hair in the long run?

Hair is always lively and shinny after a wash. Use what works for you, you just have to experiment & be patient. Honostly i feel its your water that 50% of how your hair feels, acts. We all different texture and its reaction to the kind of water is a huge effect. Then comes the other 50% effect of weather/environment. Like this girl said "its not finding a miracle, its finding what works on you". True also for our skin.

I agree with this, and I would also take it a step further with diet. I keep up on my omegas and silica, and eat healthier diet with better oils for cooking (like olive and avocado.) All combined, makes my hair look amazing. The only time it looked bad was when I processed it to go blonde. Never again.

Here is a tip if u have straight kinda stiff and “fat” hair (English is not my first or second language): so if ur hair gets tangled really fast use fusion hair masks, those saved my hair and use mud shampoo for hair too it so good!
