Sorry, but that's a big installation mistake. There needs to be a securing material between the plug and the screw. That way, the plug will stay in place and won't start to spin.

If the instructions are read correctly on the box then you’ll be aware of the minimum depth required in order for the plug to work. Instructions can be found on all boxes 👍🏻

These are among the best plugs on the market, if used correctly. This is not the material it's intended for, and either too much or too little torque is used on all three. Also chances are the holes are drilled the wrong size. (Wood is fine if it's behind drywall, plaster, masonry etc. But not as the only material. Using screws by themselves would make more sense here for the thicker material, and for the thinner material, you'd want some type of toggle anchors.)

Those plugs are designed for the internationally known massive german walls, not for thin wood sheets. They can hold heavy weights in a wide variety of materials but their main purpose is for brick and concrete walls. They can be used for drywalls but there are better alternatives for them. Fischer DuoPlast are my favorite plugs, i‘ve installed hundreds of them, before i‘ve used TOX Tri and TOX Trika but they don‘t perform nearly as well as Fischer DuoPlast.

The only issue here is the user. First and second work perfectly fine even when the user is using way too much torque is is too aggressive with the screw. The third one would also probably have worked with proper screwdriving skill, but is just not the right plug selected by the customer...

First of all you really need to differentiate between plugs that are mounted directly to the wall vs the ones that are designed to be used through the material you are fastening. These Fischer ones altough they have a flange, that flange is not meant to be used in a through-hole fashion. The flangenis merely there so that the plug doesn't slip further into the hole as you start tightening the screw
That's not how to use them, and that's the wrong type of screw for any wall plug 🙄
The third is mounted in to thin plywood. First two does the job like they should.

I use them literaly on everything. Ypu are just a novise and using it WRONG!!! If you read fhe instruction it clearly states that wall thikness should be at least 12.5mm thick. That wood on the last plast is only about 5-7mm thats why it start spinning.

I had to remove these plugs last week as I left my place. I can tell you, it's nearly impossible. I had to dril each of them out while plugs from other brands were easy to remove 😅
