Great video. Thought me a lot. It also forced me to do some research as I never seen insulation board located benefit the concrete slab. Now I understand it is common practice. Should there be polythene sheet cover the insulation board to isolate it from the concrete?

Hi I am getting a builder to con vert my pergola into a studio. My question is how do we seal the back as it’s a tight fit for a person to get it water tight and your video looks like it’s a similar width on the left.
