S’mOreo Brownies:
* 1 box brownie mix + ingredients listed on the box
* 16 S’mOreos
* 1 cup milk chocolate chips
* 1 ½ cups mini marshmallows
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9” pan with parchment and spray it.
Mix the brownie batter as directed.
Spread half the batter in the pan, place the S’mOreos in a 4x4 grid, and top with the rest of the batter.
Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
Bake for the lowest time listed on the brownie box.
Take them out, add marshmallows on top, and bake for another 3–5 minutes until melted.
Cool completely before slicing (or chill to speed it up, just serve at room temp).
