That’s a lot of work to make canned sauce. Real sauce has to simmer and takes time. No such thing as “quick marinara sauce”.
You’re better off using off the shelf, and sautéing some garlic and anchovy paste and then adding in the can and simmer like 10 min.

not sure how many people this effects, but if youre wondering you can use crushed tomatoes instead of whole peeled.
where i live its much more common for small convenience stores to have the crushed, but not whole, so i almost never have whole.
