I wanted this in the social edition white so bad.
But as a basement dweller, it was just a little too tall
RIP

Does this machine feel adequate for chest flies? As in, are they wide enough? Thanks for the review as always!

How is the smoothness of the cable pulley on the Arcadia vs the Ares / Athena?

I would like a more budget friendly option or a few options. One day I hope to own something as awesome as this rig, but not yet. Thanks for the review.

ROGUE FT-1 FUNCTIONAL TRAINER, 43" Monster Single Post Kettlebell Shelf, Rogue Monster Crown Pull-up Bar

I am wanting a separate functional trainer in my garage gym. I am in the process of selling my all in one to make that happen. luckily I do have the room to have a separate rack and a functional trainer.

I wish they made something so you could do seated rows or some kind of knee strap for lat pull downs. I’ve got the regular one and I really like it to be honest, does nearly everything I need for full body but the those two things I mentioned

I just got the Powertec version of a functional trainer because it allows you to use free weights. Overall good machine and the pull up bar it comes with is well done in my opinion (lots of different angles including just a straight bar). There are some small things that could be improved on. The one main thing that I think that would make it better would having it made in the U.S.; because Chinese manufacturing always comes with defects of some kind which I experienced. On a side note I put the entire thing together by myself.

Wtf, why are the D-handles more expensive in the US than in europe? Here they sell them for 20€ a pair.

Great review. I love REP’s products. My gym is full of their stuff to include a PR-5K and Ares 1.0. I would love to have a separate functional trainer, but just like most of us I do not have the space for a power rack and a separate FT. Thanks for the time and effort you put in to all your content.

I am always divided between integrated pieces and specialized machines. I have the room but I like a more minimalist design. Either way I know one thing… ima use Glucks affiliate link to buy when I decide

ETE fitness got a selection pretty sure its made in china but a bit cheaper then some of these brands

This helps solidify my decision to buy this. Now I just need to decide which color. The white looks SO good by itself but would be very out of place in my gym.

To each his or her own, but IMO, $2,699.99 is too much for any exercise tool. For $2,699, I can create an entire home gym by buying many exercise machines from Temu, and I did. For instance, I paid $100.87 for a lat pull-down machine and $146.23 for a cable crossover machine-- and both prices included sale tax. Also, both exercise machines came with free shipping. What is not being said is that there is no optimal exercise equipment because of the problem of muscular accommodation, which is when muscular endurance, size, and strength gains stop because your body will eventually adapt to it. Thus, it makes more sense to have many more affordable ways to achieve muscular overload to avoid the problem of muscular accommodation.

Were you able to get your hands on the GetRXd RX3 Tornado system yet?
I have the wall-mounted version & wanted to see your opinion on it. I have really been enjoying my system but have limited home gym experience. You have had your hand in ALL the cookie jars

What’s your favorite rack integrated functional trainer? Bonus if it has a Smith machine or can have a Smith machine added to it.

This plus the Adonis = ideal cable set up that covers everything? I feel like Rep is really dialing in their cable offerings.

Is it possible to connect both pulleys together and use for lat pull downs and low rows?

Have you ever used the Powertec Multi System? I’d be nice to have a review from you.

+1 for a lower starting weight. Other than that it‘s an amazing product, especially for the price!

3x3" up rights would hurt the equipment. No need for heavy bulky attachments. Light and easy moving trollys are prefered for me. All the bulky stuff goes to the rack imo. But its too expensiv. Id rather go with Atleticas X-Five. Great quality and its size is in the middel
