This has been the most helpful video I’ve watched post 1 week liposuction and tummy tuck! My recovery has been up and down and currently challenged with increased swelling because I was not really advised to take it super slow the first week. I’m not used to laying around and wanted a speedy recovery which put me back to beginning of my post op swelling.

Hi, is it too late to start massaging my thighs if I had traditional liposuction back in 2013 and have had bumps and pockets that made it look like cellulites?
