That’s not cool. You know wasabi is hot for adults even in small quantities, why give it to your small child? She clearly said “no” twice. The first no should have been taken seriously.

For anyone who has no experience with toddlers but feels the need to comment on how cruel this video is:
1) I’m willing to bet this adorable lil’ girl was interested in the wasabi & made it clear that she wanted what she wasn’t allowed to have.
2) “no” is probably her favorite word & she was probably saying “no” to the parent’s insistence on dispensing it because she wanted to do it herself.
3) The teeny tiny amount of wasabi on the chopstick, placed under her upper lip is still on the chopstick afterwards - she didn’t consume it.
She’s not unkempt - she’s a healthy, adorable, curious toddler with good parents practicing patience & inclusivity (not abuse)
