Used Rapid Set to add a couple inches to a foundation. Worked absolutely fantastic. It is very strong. Mix it wet and really smear it on existing concrete in a thin layer, this act s like a primer or bonding coat. Then make more mix with much thicker consistency, and you can build up thickness with less sagging. If you need to build inches of thickness on a vertical surface, just work in half inch layers. By the time you return to the beginning, the last layer has strengthened up a lot and can hold the next layer. Great product!
