Paul, good video man...you should have more views! Thanks for posting.
Only other thing Id add which is important to check is the fuel pressure inertia switch! If that sucker has tripped, then youll be getting no power to fuel pump, which may mislead you to think its dead, or that your having other electrical issues (fuses/relays) which you might not be.
Also (know this is simple) but some people might not know where to connect the fuel pressure tester, could be worthwhile showing that

I Prime Went Up 20 Then Torn On up To 31 Shut It Down Stayed At 31 Plug The Hose Still At 30 But It Starts Right Up What That Mean ?

Hey , thanks for alerting me to inertia switch ! Truck would not start after fender bender ... no fuel ... I was ready to replace fuel pump . You saved me lotsa work . Well done video

Did mine 35 psi at priming, then 35 at running, during reving it maintained 30 to 35, when I pushed it to floor psi dropped to 20, removed vacuum line PDI went to 41 psi.......Im suspecting a weak fuel pump....or dirty filter. No leak from regulator when I removed the vacuum line.
