Should be at least 1000 mg of EPA DHA combined and Most importantly must be good quality from reputable brand that would probably be expensive but totally worth it.

Costco has the best prices and they do work. I work with people who are poor. They can’t afford to buy expensive fish oil. And it still works for my clients brain health.

Thx Anna V. Ur right all the drs try to Sell their stuf. And it’s akways outrageously priced. THE LAST STRAW for me was when. Dr Gundry who. In my opinion. Thinks everything is bad to eat anyway he had this “how to cure or avoid dementia types diseases AD COMETO FOUT. again. Yet another “ one has to buy this and that for the information” Zeese to me Gundry isn’t @ny better than the zillion aot Christian Evan’s. Or zillion airs. Sur. I had severe dry eye, so severe I had to use autologous serum tears for a couple of years and at one point had to consider scleral lenses. I use the Costco omega 3, the one he talks about having some chemical ester and that is all I have been using along with occunox ointment at night and my eyes are barely dry. But a lot of optometrists and eye doctors kept trying to sell me their expensive omegas. Also the one I use has the certification that was recommended by Dr. Sarah Gottfried and I believe Dr.Huberman.
