alright if we do the math. he starts spraying at 0:05 and ends at 0:23 with an average of 5 sprays per second in this video. 0:23 - 0:05 = 18, now we can multiply 18 by 5 which is 95. so approximately (give or take) it is probably around 95 sprays in a 10ml decant bottle.
