Dr.Berg ,I would like to use CLA to lose more belly fat …but I have read different opinion that CLA increase insuline resistance ( which I already have) and others that is actually good to take CLA if you are insuline resistant… What is the true about? I am confused…

I suffer from arrhythmias. Take ubiquinol, taurine and vitamin C help so much I’m going to try l-carnitine next. I’ve also been tapping my mouth shut at night and sleeping with a rolled up sheet under my back haven’t had any arrhythmias so far.

When i first took acetyl L Carnitine, i noticed a boost in what i describe as MOTIVATION. It wasnt energy, per se, but a mental motivation to do things i would normal not enjoy doing. Like chores. Then i did a PT test after taking some. I hadnt trained for it and i expected to do about 50 pushups before i was absolutely wore out. I hit 62 (the max) and stopped with gas still in the tank. It was bizarre. I maxed out my situps as well which was also strange. During a period of fasting, i would check my ketone levels. After fasting all day, my ketones were at 0.7 by 4pm. I decided to take the acetyl l carnitine around noon and each day i did that, my ketones were around 4.7 at 4pm. I cant find any study that really backs this up. The ones i read show marginal benefit in some areas at best. Really shows the weakness of scientific studies they cannot test everything and they cannot control for a lot of variables.
