I think your calorie calculations are way off. 136 cal for the one with the peanut butter in it? 2 tablespoons chia seeds alone is over 120 cal so I’m not sure how you calculated 136 cal for the entire thing.

This is the best chia pudding recipe I have ever made. My favorite is the chocolate Peanut butter. I tried a modified version to create a pumpkin one. I took out the cocoa powder, I replaced the peanut butter with 1 tbsp of organic pumpkin puree, changed 1/4 tsp of cinnamon to 1/2 teaspoon and added 1/2 tsp of nutmeg. It was also delicious

If I want to make the other two diary free. Do I change the heavy cream for the same amount or would it be 3 tablespoons of coconut cream. I can’t work out if the one tbs of heavy cream is equal to 3 tbs of coconut cream. I can’t see why it would be as the weight. Plume would be the same.
