Informações do Produto: :If you are tired of bleeding under your stencils, take a look at these quick tips!
1. Use a dome shaped brush - many people use flat brushes or sponges. We've tried them all, but have found that the dome shape for a stencil brush helps prevent bleeding under because less of your brush touches the project.
2. Use a dry brush and dry paint - don't water down your paint - we prefer acrylic paint
3. Once you get paint on your brush, always offload - go to a paper towel and swirl off 10-15 times. Do this every time you add paint to your brush. To see if you have the right amount of paint on your brush, test it on the palm of your hand. If it is goopy and leaves wet paint on your hand, that's too much and you need to swirl off some more. You want it to be dusty on your palm.
4. When you're ready to stencil, swirl onto your project, using light pressure. A lot of stencilers like to use a stippling or tapping technique- this can be great on some projects, but requires applying more pressure and increases your chances of bleeding under.
