Recipe:
3 red chiles
3 green chiles
2 Serrano peppers (deseed if you want)
1 red bell pepper
4 garlic cloves
1 medium red onion
Zest and juice of half lemon to start
1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 EVOO
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/3 tsp thyme
Handful of Cilantro & Parsley (start with 1/4 cup each and go up to 1/2 cup each, chopped)
Salt & pepper
Optional sugar if it’s too bitter
