I use the Emperor vintage coated on my Gretch Brooklyn brass snare and it sounds great. I sometimes try AQuarian and Evans but never like them really

It would be so cool if remo made a really fat head like aquarian deep vintage 2 heads, I have the aquarian on my batter, but Remos on my reso, and it sounds great, you can tune them up for jazz, or down for rock and metal.
