Hmmm interesting he used the backhand rubber in the serve while in the start he showed us the forehand side.... The forehand side probably has smaller dwell time due to his blade thus he probably uses it for smashes...

Really doesnt really matter at normal gameplays. Master basic techniques first then upgrade your gears.

I dont know much about every being a surveyor entails, but i wonder if it could’ve been a work related incident? And to cover their asses or their companies’, they covered it up? Like along the lines of unsafe work practices that maybe they could be held liable for. But once again, I don’t know much about surveying. It doesn’t seem like a dangerous job but idk. You could get killed working at a Wendys

You can’t train with cheep premade paddles, because cheep paddles reenforce bad mechanics. This isn’t to say you can’t buy/assemble a cheap paddles for < 100 that will help improve and correct technique People say practice makes perfect. This is wrong. Practice makes permanent.

spin and bounce are not a great way to compare cheap vs expensive paddle. depending on the kind of rubber, the amount of sponge, and the blade, several paddles which cost the same will behave very differently
