400nits with bigger tv sizes is not a problem because tv size alone is enough to offset that. Nits are not so important.

There is the 100" Mini LED Hisense out there. Very bright with good contrast. Still less than 3K.

Dumb question - I have a G93SC connected to a Windows mini PC, to have the screen just turn off after a period do I just go into Power Settings on my PC? Or do I have to mess with the OSD? It has a Panel Care screensaver after 2 mins as I understand it but I want a fully blacked out low power state which will automatically turn on when I mess with the mouse/keyboard. Cheers.

As a new viewer of your channel, might I ask a question that has a tentative connection to the subject matter … size and value !
So let me ask which would you choose… a 86” version ( trying to go like for like ) of this 2024 TCL or a LG 86QNED91 from 2021/2 ?
The cost would be £1200 / 1100 and it’s brand new with full warranty !
My current tv is an eight yr old 55” Sony LCD that has seen better days about 9 yrs ago !

Hi. Thanks for the review! Do you recommend it to a dedicated movie room? We have a 75" QLED (living room) and a 65" OLED (bedroom) Samsungs. We have a movie room with a 5.1 sound system that we use occasionally, so i dont want to break the bank for this usage.
Seen it in person at a local store with demo contect, the image looked surprisingly good!

Pioneer that would explain the Onkyo speakers on the television might be tempted to get one of these but only need the 75 inch the only thing that worries me about this tv is no backlight bar so you can turn this thing down manually

How does it hold up? Ive had the samsung 86in led 4k and that only lasted a month after manufacturer warranty before it started to screen flicker and eventually pitch black. Repair was x3 the cost and had to trash that junk.
