As long as you are using a steak cut ground the burger is fine not being cooked to a hockey puck. Ground sirloin or higher grade. I have been known to buy a 2 inch thick ribeye and grid myself.

I do this BUT, I mix the Sause in with coconut aminos INTO THE meat, then form. Way better hold-together wise!

Add Cracked Black Pepper and Lawry’s. I stick them in the freezer for 20 mins so they won’t fall apart. Only flip Once and finish in oven for 5 mins with cheese on top
