if you are eventually upgrading pc parts i would suggest ryzen 5 5600x or ryzen 7 5800x, next another upgrade is ddr4 or ddr5 ram with 32gb

If you’re building this system in 2025 I would and don’t care about DLSS then I would swap out the 4060 for a ARC b580 because they preform around the same depending on which game you play ( especially Fortnite) and the b580 cost less and has decent ray tracing

It’s the 8gb in the gpu that could be a problem for some games more than the actual gpu from what I’ve gleaned but, I really don’t know crap so, if you get the crown in fornite it’s a good build?
