I tried my first one about 2 days ago and idk if I seared it a little too much but it was kind of tuff. Even at med rare. If you have any tips please let me know because I did light salt pepper and garlic over a gas grill at 400 first for the sear then dropped to 300 until I got the center to 120.

Hey Max just FYI, in Brazil we only consider picanha the piece below the second vein as anything above it tends to be tougher in texture (we call it coxão duro). Hope this helps make your Picanhas even better! Keep up the great videos!
