Nonna pia, I need your advice about gnocchi. My family loves it and my husband learned how to make it in Argentina. However, when I learn how to make it, and anytime I make it myself, it ends up too chewy kind of gummy. Or it ends up dissolving as I cook it. Can you help me or am I lost cause?

Nona Pia is the sweetest grandma who loves to cook for her family even at the age of 88 years old. I remember my dad making cavatellis with a similar process of finger rolling. The dough -- "make a volcano with the flour, break 3 eggs, mix into dough, knead til smooth". Make strips, roll, cut into pieces, press with 2 fingers pulled toward you. Cook and enjoy!! God Bless You Nana
