I’ve seen gameplay for this game, and I think it’s pretty amazing to be honest. Been wanting to try it out because it seems so unique. There’s hardly any games where you play as a shark. But then I got to thinking, why stop there?
The title “Man Eater” can mean a number of animals really, and I think it’d be great if these devs branched off to games about other animals but kept the title.
I was thinking that a game about a man eating tiger would be amazing. Maybe set it in India during the 1900’s when the British were hunting down like crazy. Have you play as a tiger that’s more of a local legend than just another animal. Give it abilities comparable to legend like a thunder roar or claws that slice through metal. Of course hunt more than humans. Maybe have missions where you kill elephants or something. Stealth would be very important because tigers stalk their prey expertly. That and they can swim pretty well so maybe some water missions that harken back to the shark version of the game; just with the added challenge of not being as maneuverable as a shark or able to breath underwater. Maybe have some Easter egg or reference to Mowgli from the Jungle Book.
Include many locations such as the obvious jungles of India and some hidden temples, but also surrounding cites and villages to stalk or straight up rampage through. I’d include many British camps to stalk through and maybe gunfire can be almost instantly fatal until a certain point in the game where the tiger grows up and gets a “stronger pelt”. Maybe there can be a witch doctor or something that’s friendly towards the tiger and grants him/her special abilities.
Then from there they can branch off to other animals if they see fit.

This game is heaps of fun and looks absolutely fantastic on PS5. So glad it was included with PS+ as in all honesty I probably never would have ended up buying this.

a tip for everyone that has ps plus. if you want the free ps5 games and u dont have ps5 yet go to the ps app on your phone and search the free games of the month and hit add to library and u will have them when u get your ps5!

What puts me off is that noise when you are fighting an animal and those big red circles when you are eating them….will stick to my iOS shark game
