Informações do Produto: :The Panasonic Lumix FZ200 is an excellent bridge camera with HD video, but unlike the older models (eg, FZ35), it does not have a DC power input jack. The standard DMW-BLC12 battery gets you about 500 photos and about 45 minutes of video. If you want to run your camera longer than that, you`ll need to buy (or make) a dummy battery that provides 8.4v from a larger battery or an AC power source. Here, I test the voltage output of the Panasonic Lumix DMW-BLC12 battery and the MDW-DCC8 AC adapter. The original Panasonic AC module will set you back about $40. You can get generic versions from Bu0026H or eBay for $12-$30. I got mine from eBay for $12 and free shipping. https://www.google.com/search?q=ebay+dmw-dcc8u0026ie=utf-8u0026oe=utf-8 Instead of the AC power supply, you can also use a laptop powerbank. I have the Poweradd Pilot Pro, a lithium-ion 32,000mAh powerbank. It`s is designed to charge your laptop, tablet, phone and other low-consumption devices ..like your camera. It`s a lifesaver when I travel in countries where there is limited/unreliable power, giving me hours of laptop time, and multiple recharges for my tablet and smartphone. https://www.google.com/search?q=amazon+poweradd+pilot+prou0026ie=utf-8u0026oe=utf-8 Once I set the Poweradd Pilot Pro to the 9v option and plugged it into the MDW-DCC8, I had no problem turning on the FZ200 and running it for a few minutes, taking flash photos and running video. Since the Poweradd Pilot Pro can run my HP laptop for ~7 hours or more, I expect I should have no problem getting it to run my Panasonic Lumix FZ200 for ~15hrs or more. I would guess that I can replace the Poweradd 32,000mAh solution for 8 AA NiMh batteries. I did that with my old FZ35, and had no problem getting over 7 hrs of video record time at conferences in Africa where electricity was unreliable. The following cameras use the same battery, and should also work using this solution: Lumix G2, G5, G6, G10, FZ100. **If you`re going the DIY route, be advised that you`ll need over 8v and less than 10v, and if you get the polarity wrong, you will brick the camera**

How can you get the polarity wrong? And howcome 9V is not a problem?
