The frame alone does look nice but... Not. Too heavy. Mid level groupset. Spacers under stem. Weird name “SL” suggests super light but it’s the heavier option.

According to Wilier’s sizing guide, the ideal frame size for a guy of 185cm (or 6 foot 1 as you call it in the video) would be XL and not L as the bike in the video. Can you confirm this or was L(arge) perfect for you ? I am the same size and as I have rather long legs (90cm inseam) I think I would prefer the XL. This bike is an absolute stunner and I will get one in Ultegra Di2. Not sure however if I will take Wilier’s own carbon wheels which are only 17mm wide internally, the wheels shown in this video look better I guess

I know companies need advertising to survive but GCN is taking it to a new level. From getting 2 to 3 adverts blasted at you before you even get to see the upload and then get another 2 to 3 in the presentation. Now we have constant paid promotions. Come on GCN do better, do original and interesting stuff not advert after advert.

The Frame of the bikes really looks like the new Tarmac SL7 from specialised. Seems that the combination of Aero and normal road bikes is the new best on the market.

bros, who has the money for such kind of bikes? yes it´s not the "pro" one but it starts with 2.7k€ and rimbrakes on some standart shimano wheels with a 105 group. my bergamont prime rs was in 2016 much less and since then prices dropped hard for rimbrake and mechanical groups. the presented bike (if it had wilier top range rims worth 1,15k) cost 5,6k€. The presented "upgrade" rims cost 1.5k € so we are talking here about a 6k€ bike. in words: six thousand Euros! dam that bike better ride itself and and has build in coffee machine and a cupholder!

Question for @gcn what is the actual tire clearance on this frame? Notice you ran Hunts wide limitless wheels with 25mm (Ollie)and 28mm (Hank) tires. Were their any issues? Was their enough room with 28c tires for good safe clearance or even room for 30c? Thinking of ordering this bike and cant ever see myself running less than 28c on proper wide rims. Thx!

Beautiful bike. But 8.1 kg? Do the disc brakes add about 800 grams? Seems awkwardly heavy, and i should know, because I weigh my bikes. Two carbon bikes, one titanium bike: they seem to invariably come out at 7.3 to 7.5 kg. Rim brakes of course. Size L.
