If you have damaged hair, silicones are great. Just use a light clarifying shampoo once in a while. Sls is ok. Maybe Skip it if you have colour treated hair since it can strip colour a bit faster. Other than that...all of those shampoos are good to use. They are mass market so safe to use.

I haven’t shampooed my hair for 2 years now and my hair is amazing shampoo just makes ur hair greasy thin and flat but if you don’t shampoo it makes your hair thicker and look way better but it takes a week to get to that stage so trust the process and stop using shampoo

I have used OGX for a very long time. I will say, I have to switch to olaplex but my brother has always used this brand called (T) and he his switched to OGX. I see a lot of different in his hair, but it looks lots better. According to my makeup, skincare, and haircare scanning app called Stilla, it is for HYDRATING HAIR! But it still has some weird stuff….

Ótimo, virou meu produto favorito, sempre tive muito frizz, nada adiantava , agora antes de sair borrifo pelo cabelo de pronto, não deixa duro mas tira todo o frizz , dura umas dez horas.
