You can tell you have been eating that porous pasta,!! that neck beard ya got going on is incredible!! it looks like it wraps around your shoulders to your back and chest you have a whole sweater under there!!

Pasta takes time to dry naturally! When dried slowly you get this lighter colour and all the nutrients. The more yellow one is dried faster over a couple of days so it’s lost all nutrients . Mass production = cheaper

Ill remember the good brands mostly end with an "O" (expect last one). Texture/ pale yellow = better. Higher protein= better/easier to digest. Thank you! Appreciate these tips

There are so many brands that are way better than this supermarket pasta. Ok de cecco rumo are ok but just try for exemple pasta de la famiglia martelli, yellow packaging. Youll never have de cecco again
