Bring oats, water u0026 milk to a boil, then simmer for 5-6 min, mixing occasionally 2. Mix in chia seeds, hemp hearts, dates and simmer for 2-3 more mins 3. Once thick add egg whites and mix thoroughly until desired texture 4. Add maple syrup or flavoured protein powder if you want it sweeter!! 5. Top with pb and salt and choc chips and whatever your heart desires

Yes! Love a thick, oaty porridge (are porridge and oat meal the same?) I love adding honey when I make mine, too it with some raisins for freshness (?) and, of course, an aggressive amount of cinnamon. I’ve never thought to add egg whites but I can imagine they make is thicker and smoother so deffo giving it a try

For me i am "skinny" but i am not as skinny as i want to be and i already eat very healthy and due to genetics i am more on the muscular side and my dream body is quite unhealthy (i used to be anorexic and very underweight) and i do want to lose weight i just feel like my dream body is impossible to achieve unless i starve myself :(

Add the chia seeds at the end to preserve more of the omega3 fat in them! They’re very heat sensitive. You can have them soaking on the side if you prefer them soaked while you make it and then mix it in or put it on top after you serve it
